We were testing to see the effect of heat on a solid. We used chocolate and heated it. It melted. We made some rice krispie buns with our melted chocolate

St. Brigid's Day
The 1st of February marks St. Brigid's Day. We made our own St. Brigid's crosses from rushes. We remember all who are sick, and those who care for the sick- just like St. Brigid did during this month.
